深圳国际科技商务平台成立于2004年10月，是深圳市委市政府为完善区域创新体系、深入实施“引进来、走出去”战略而设立的国际合作载体，致力于推动深圳建设创新型与国际化城市。
The Shenzhen International Science and Technology Business Platform(ISTB), inaugurated in October 2004, is an international cooperation initiative launched by the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal People's Government. Its mandate is to optimize the regional innovation ecosystem and to further implement the “Bringing In” and “Going Global” strategies, thereby contributing to developing Shenzhen into an innovative and internationalized metropolis.

深圳新质生产力国际技术转移中心是经科技部认定的国家国际科技合作基地，于2008年正式成立。中心启动区总面积2000平方米，位于深圳科技园南区，地理位置优越，交通便利，周边集聚了大量的高科技企业和研发机构，形成了良好的产业生态。
The Shenzhen New Quality Productive Forces International Technology Transfer Center, officially established in 2008, is a National Base for International Science and Technology Cooperation accredited by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). The Center’s launch area spans 2,000 square meters and is situated in the South Area of Shenzhen Hi-Tech Park. It boasts a prime location with convenient transportation, surrounded by a large number of high-tech enterprises and R&D institutions, which together form a vibrant industrial ecosystem.
